Tony Stout

Tony, a former Act 250 district coordinator with degrees in Forestry and Environmental Law and 15 years of design experience, brings a range of design and policy skills to his project planning and management. His “jack of all trades” background helps Tony guide projects through the many issues facing development in Vermont. But Tony is also a skilled designer who can solve complex layout and grading challenges and design a project to blend the client’s goals with the myriad of constraints encountered in Vermont. As a trained mediator with 25 years experience with development planning in Vermont, Tony can help you resolve most any environmental challenge. Tony lives in N. Ferrisburgh.

Scott Smith, Senior CAD/GIS Specialist & Principal

Scott Smith

Scott specializes in CAD, GIS, GPS, Topographic Surveys, Plans and Maps. He is a Vermont Licensed Designer under the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources Wastewater Management Division. He offers a unique and complete skill set with the ability to conduct complicated fieldwork, import published and customized GIS data, and produce high quality maps, orthophotos, brochures, 3D models and the like. Scott's 13 years of experience in Vermont includes performing soil testing for on-site wastewater disposal systems. Scott is a graduate from State University of New York (SUNY) at Geneseo. He lives in Huntington, Vermont with his wife and two daughters.
